Sophie Nachman

Sophie (Brigitte) Nachman is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, standardization, and mediation. Currently serving as a certified workplace mediator at the Institut Français de la Médiation since May 2024, Sophie also holds the role of Project Director at Orange, directing initiatives in Big Data, data analytics, and institutional actions with the International Telecommunication Union. Sophie's extensive experience includes serving as a network project director and in various project roles at Orange since 2001, along with contributions to employee representation through positions at CFE-CGC and its Orange branch.
