Hans van Dromme

Hans Van Dromme has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications sector. Hans currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at CFE, where they are responsible for driving the digital transformation and innovation strategy. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Digital Officer at CFE, overseeing the implementation of the group's digital transformation roadmap.

Before joining CFE, Van Dromme worked at Proximus, where they held several leadership roles. Hans served as the Group Transformation Strategy Manager, providing strategic consultancy and facilitating IT simplification initiatives. Hans also led the Recruitment & Employer Branding team, managing the selection and recruitment processes, as well as overseeing the Proximus employer branding operations.

Earlier in their career, Van Dromme worked at Telindus NV, where they held various positions in IT and IT management. Hans served as an ICT Service Design Manager, overseeing the design and project management of managed ICT services for outsourcing customers.

Hans Van Dromme pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Antwerp from 1997 to 1999, although they did not complete the degree. Prior to that, they were a candidate in Computer Science at the same university from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they engaged in Academic Teacher Training at the University of Antwerp from 1997 to 1998. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Postgraduate degree in Company Policy Management from EHSAL Management School.
