Tara Smith

Tara Smith has extensive experience in educational program management and leadership, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Principal Investigator at CFES Brilliant Pathways since September 2004. Tara has held multiple roles within the organization, including Acting Chief Operating Officer, Vice President for Programs, and Project Director for CFES-GEAR UP. Prior to this, Tara was a Program Coordinator at College For Every Student and worked as an Academic Tutor for Upward Bound at the University of New Hampshire. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Studio Art from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology and Counseling from Union Institute & University.
