Jennifer Waugh

Jennifer Waugh has extensive experience in data management and business intelligence. Jennifer started their career at CFI Group in 2008, where they worked as a Business Intelligence Developer until 2010. Jennifer then took on the role of Business Intelligence Specialist until 2012, before being promoted to Senior Business Intelligence Specialist, a position they held until 2014.

In 2014, Jennifer joined Truven Health Analytics as a Data Management Consultant, where they worked until 2015. Their responsibilities included managing and analyzing data for clients.

Jennifer returned to CFI Group in 2015, this time as a Senior Data Operations Specialist. Jennifer then took on the role of Operations Lead in 2017, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Most recently, they have been working as a Program Manager, starting in October 2022.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated their expertise in data operations, business intelligence, and program management.

Jennifer Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. Jennifer also completed coursework in Applied Statistics at Eastern Michigan University. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including Medallia Product Certification - Analyst I from Medallia in October 2020, Data Collection: Online, Telephone and Face-to-face from Coursera in February 2019, Framework for Data Collection and Analysis from Coursera in January 2019, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera Verified Certificates in June 2014.
