Lisa Schalla, EdD, is an experienced network and community foundation leader who has previously worked in international secondary and adult education. As the founder of the "Leer y Crecer" program at the American School of Puerto Vallarta, Lisa provided leadership and service training to youth, fostering support for public school libraries in Mexico. With a background in teaching and program direction spanning three countries, Lisa’s passion for education continues in their current role as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Minnesota, where they develop curricula focused on nonprofit organizations. Currently, as Project Director for CFLeads, Lisa is engaged in strengthening transnational communities through collective impact initiatives.
