Karine Kinosky

Karine Kinosky is the Global Head of HRIS & HR Technology at Indosuez Wealth Management since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kinosky served as the Head of Group HRIS at Groupe Crédit Agricole from September 2018 to July 2025, overseeing a team of seven and managing various aspects including HR portal implementation and compliance with GDPR. Kinosky’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Orano from November 2008 to September 2018, where responsibilities spanned HRIS management and transformation project management, as well as leading a Solution Center for HRIS software. Additionally, Kinosky worked at Groupe PSA from November 2000 to November 2008 in roles focused on project management methodology and supply chain management in South America. Kinosky holds a Metaverse For Business Certificate from ESCP Business School and a MASTERE SPECIALISE in Quality-Security-Environment from CESI, alongside a Change Maker certificate from ESSEC Business School obtained in 2017.
