Don Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning more than a decade. Don started as the Vice President of Agronomy Operations at FC Cooperative-Ames Iowa in June 2007, where they were responsible for forecasting, operations, CAPEX, hiring, and personnel management. Don was also part of the senior team. In March 2009, they moved to CHS, Inc as a Business Solutions Manager, a role they held until November 2009. Don then joined United Farmers Cooperative as the Vice President of Agronomy in November 2009, where they managed all aspects of the role, including hiring personnel, pricing retail, purchasing, forecasting, and managing P&L.
