Christy Callaway

Christy Callaway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and governance. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at the CFP Board since June 2015, Christy acts as the primary liaison between the organization and its board of directors, facilitating strategic alignment and enhancing CEO effectiveness. Previous roles at CFP Board include Governance Manager and Special Assistant to the CEO, where Christy provided critical support and guidance to executive leadership. Earlier career experiences span across various positions in administrative and management roles, including Assistant Office Administrator at Slevin & Hart, PC, and Marketing Account Manager at MedStar Health. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Catholic University of America.
