Jessica Schneider

Jessica Schneider, MSPM, PMP®, currently serves as a Program Manager at TTEC Digital since April 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Principal Project Manager. Prior experience includes various positions at NICE inContact from October 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed Program Management and Technical Customer Success. Jessica also worked at WorkFlex Solutions as a Senior Project Manager from April 2015 to October 2017 and held similar senior project management roles at NICE Systems and Bluegreen Corporation. With an extensive background in software development and project management, Jessica's career began at GTECH and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, where skills in software engineering were honed. Academically, Jessica is pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Northeastern University, following a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
