Juliet Cox has extensive work experience in various roles within the health and human services field. Most recently, they served as the Deputy Executive Director at CFPIC - Child & Family Policy Institute of California. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency, including Director of Human Services, Deputy Director of Child Welfare Services, and Division Manager of Child Welfare Services. Juliet also gained experience as a Senior Administrative Analyst at County of Tulare. Their career began as an Administrative Specialist at Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency, where they worked on special projects and provided direct support for the Child Welfare Division. Before entering the health and human services field, they worked as a Materials Manager at Adgap Group.

Juliet Cox has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Arkansas State University, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. In 1996, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara. Juliet also attended the Harvard Kennedy School in 2008 for an Executive Education Program in Driving Government Performance. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from the College of the Sequoias, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Juliet Cox completed their high school education at Mount Whitney High School from 1989 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, they have a certification as a Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide.
