Romina Bally

Romina Bally has a diverse work experience. Romina started their career at FotoGallo GmbH as an Assistant to the Management from January 2019 to February 2020. Then, they moved on to Universität Bern, where they served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology from September 2020 to January 2022. In 2021, Romina joined Meister Executive Search AG as a Research Analyst and later became the Head Research. Romina joined CFR Global Executive Search in 2022 as the Head Research Switzerland.

Romina Bally completed their Master of Science (MS) in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, from 2020-2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychologie from FernUniversität in Hagen, from 2017-2019. In 2016-2017, Romina pursued a course in Psychologie/BWL from the University of Bern. Romina has also acquired additional certifications including Business Coach (i. A.) from ILS Institut für Lernsysteme and Betriebliche Gesundheitsmanagerin (IHK) from IHK Hannover, both to be obtained in 2023. Additionally, they have certifications in Trainerin und Kursleiterin für multimodales Stressmanagement from Technische Universität München in 2020, Zertifikatkurs Projektmanagement from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2020, and Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (C1 Advanced) from Cambridge Assessment English in 2015.
