Gerald Lyon is an experienced professional with a background in management, marketing, and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Accounts and previously as Product Manager for Textiles at CFS Brands since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive at Lamar Advertising Company, Owner Operator at Beth Lyon’s Black Cat, Market Representative at TBS Capital Funding, and Marketing Associate at Sysco. Gerald has also held various training and management positions in the hospitality industry, including Trainer at The Melting Pot Restaurants, Ted's Café, and Food & Beverage Director at Holiday Inn and Suites, where responsibilities included staffing, menu formulation, and guest service. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, completed in 2012.
