Jocelyn Morales

Jocelyn Morales has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Jocelyn started their career as a Restaurant General Manager at Burger King, where they managed daily operations and ensured guest satisfaction. Jocelyn then moved on to work as a Food Service Supervisor at Baptist Health South Florida, where they supervised and coordinated activities in various areas. Jocelyn later joined Sodexo, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager III, Retail Operations Manager, and Patient Services Manager. In these positions, they provided leadership, supervised staff, and ensured client satisfaction. Jocelyn also worked as a Senior Inpatient Manager - Nutrition Services at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach, where they contributed to the nutrition services department. Currently, Jocelyn serves as the Director of Business Development at CFS Brands, responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities with healthcare organizations in the Southeast region.

Jocelyn Morales graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health Services Administration. Jocelyn attended the university from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Jocelyn has obtained several certifications. Jocelyn is a Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor, certified by the National Restaurant Association, which they achieved in April 2021. Jocelyn also holds a ServSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association, obtained in June 2020.
