Biljana Milenkovic-Mapes has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Biljana started their career at Atlas Broadband in 2005, where they served as an Office/HR Manager, overseeing various aspects of the business including HR, customer relations, and accounting. Biljana then worked at Ted's Cafe Escondido as an Operations Administrative Assistant before joining Long Wave Inc. as a Program Manager Assistant in 2011. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Program Manager at Long Wave Inc.

In 2015, Biljana joined APMEX, Inc. as a Project Manager and remained with the company until 2019. During their time at APMEX, they gained valuable experience in project management.

Most recently, Biljana has been working at CFS Brands since 2019. Biljana began as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Senior Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Development at CFS Brands. In this role, Biljana leads product development and innovation initiatives, focusing on supporting the company's growth strategy. Biljana also oversees the engineering and project management teams, ensuring functional excellence through continuous improvement and best practices.

Biljana Milenkovic-Mapes, MSPM has a diverse education history. Biljana recently completed a Master of Science degree in Project Management at the University of Southern California from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University between 2008 and 2010. Biljana also holds an Associate of Arts degree in International Studies from Tulsa Community College, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. Biljana's education journey started at Owasso High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they received their elementary education at the International School of Choeifat from 1991 to 1998.

In terms of certifications, Biljana holds an OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training certificate from OSHA, which they obtained in September 2013.
