Rob van Zante

Rob Van Zante has had an extensive career in operations management and continuous improvement. Rob has held various roles at different companies, including CFS Brands, TreeHouse Foods, and Pella Corporation. At CFS Brands, they served as the Director of Lean Operations, leading lean initiatives across functions and sites in the United States and Mexico. At TreeHouse Foods, they were an Operations Manager, responsible for safety, quality, and productivity improvements, and later became the Plant Continuous Improvement Manager, where they led improvement efforts across all functional areas. At Pella Corporation, they served as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, implementing productivity improvement projects, and later became a Production Manager, overseeing production operations and implementing the Toyota Production System. Additionally, they served as the Information Technology Manager, where they directed the IT department and implemented best practices across multiple sites. Overall, Rob Van Zante has a strong background in lean operations and has demonstrated expertise in driving efficiency, eliminating waste, and improving processes.

Rob Van Zante has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems and Business Management from Iowa State University. Rob also holds another Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Furthermore, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oklahoma City University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degrees, Rob has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including OSHA 30 HR General Industry from Summit Training Source, Lean Systems from the True Lean-a Toyota/University of Kentucky Partnership, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from 6SigmaTraining.
