Sarah Watkin

Sarah Watkin is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at CFS Finance since February 2018, where responsibilities include developing people strategies that enhance business capabilities while capturing the 'people's voice.' As a Consultant at Human Synergistics New Zealand since February 2013, Sarah has focused on helping individuals and organizations realize their potential. Prior to these roles, Sarah held multiple leadership positions at Pumpkin Patch from June 2005 to March 2012, including General Manager for the Charlie & Me brand and General Manager for NZ Retail, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and operational excellence across numerous stores. Earlier career experience includes HR Consultant roles at GE Money from May 2002 to June 2005, encompassing a variety of HR functions across Scotland, Ireland, and New Zealand.
