Henna Ylitalo

Henna Ylitalo is an experienced leader in People & Culture, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for the Nordic and Baltic Market Unit at SAP since September 2025. Previously, Henna held the position of Chief People Officer at Evitec Solutions from April 2024 to August 2025 and served as Executive Vice President of People & Culture at both Epical and Enfo between June 2023 and March 2024. A notable tenure at Accenture from April 2011 to May 2021 included various roles, culminating in a leadership position focused on people experience and talent development.
