Vania Nova

Vania Nova currently serves as the Directora de Género, Equidad y Sustentabilidad at CFT CENCO since July 2022, alongside teaching roles at Facultad de Derecho UNAB and Instituto Profesional IACC. Vania held the position of Directora at Centro de Estudios Jurídicos Iusta Causa (CEJIC) until July 2023 and has contributed to Universidad Andrés Bello as a Tutora and docente in various legal subjects from July 2019 to July 2023. Past experience includes work as a postulante at Corporación de Asistencia Judicial del Biobío - Defensoría Laboral in 2020. Vania's education includes pursuing a Magíster en Derecho with a focus on Derecho Administrativo, along with multiple diplomas in environmental law, conflict management, university teaching, and special procedures in law, demonstrating a strong commitment to law and education.
