Alessio Giaroli

Alessio Giaroli is an experienced professional in project control and management, currently serving as a Project Controller at CFT Group since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading project-centered management in an international context and managing SAP PS module implementation. Previously, Alessio held the position of Management Control Supervisor at Silk Sports Car Company, focusing on establishing a controlling structure and overseeing investment follow-ups for automotive development. With a solid foundation in business control activities gained during a five-year tenure at Tetra Pak, Alessio contributed to financial reporting, KPI analysis, and the implementation of automated reporting tools that significantly improved operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business and Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with other business-related degrees from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and experiences in marketing and customer care.
