Caitlin Golden

Caitlin Golden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caitlin is currently the VP of Human Resources at CG Life since 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of People at Screencastify from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for various aspects of the People function. In 2019, Caitlin founded their own coaching practice called Caitlin Golden Coaching, focusing on personal and professional development. From 2019 to 2022, they were the VP of Human Resources at closerlook, inc., leading HR programs and strategies across the organization. Caitlin also has experience in HR roles at mcgarrybowen, where they served as an HR Director, Associate Director, HR Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant from 2007 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Benefits Coordinator at Five Star Quality Care from 2006 to 2007.

Caitlin Golden holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Development & Human Resource Management from Boston College. In addition, they have obtained a Fierce Conversations Facilitator (Leaf Level) certification from Fierce, Inc. in October 2018. Furthermore, Caitlin is also a certified coach with CTI Coaching Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
