Maurice Garland

Maurice Garland, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for both the American Red Cross Southern Maryland Chapter and the Sickle Cell Reproductive Health Education Directive, and as a Strategic Advisor at Prezent. Since April 2024, Maurice has held the position of Vice President of Sales and Market Access at CG Oncology. Maurice previously operated Launchpad Consultants, LLC from March 2022 to May 2024, providing commercial expertise to biopharma consulting projects. Additionally, in 2023, Maurice was Head of Sales at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, focusing on gene therapy for Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer. From 2019 to 2022, Maurice was Vice President of Sales and Market Access at Global Blood Therapeutics, leading a significant sales organization and payer access team. Maurice's earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Biogen and various leadership positions at Sanofi. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
