Aldana Martino

Aldana Martino is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Líder de HRBP at CGC since July 2022. Previously, Aldana held the role of HR Business Partner at PECOM from May 2018 to June 2022 and was instrumental in various HR processes. Prior experience includes positions at DLS Archer, where Aldana led the start-up of the organizational development area, and at Petrobras Argentina SA, where multiple roles involved training and development, generalist HR responsibilities, and labor relations. Aldana began the career as a receptionist at Bahia Grande S.A. and holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, along with ongoing studies toward a Master's in Organizational and Business Psychology at Universidad de Belgrano.
