Karoline Perrot-Minnot

Karoline Perrot-Minnot is an accomplished human resources professional with experience in talent acquisition and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Conseillère RH at CGI since July 2023, Karoline previously held positions at Commissionnaires du Québec, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and recruitment from June 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Junior Health, Safety, and Environment advisor at Bombardier, focusing on the execution of health and safety plans amidst COVID-19 regulations, as well as customer service positions with Cirque du Soleil and Victoria's Secret. Karoline's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from Université de Montréal.
