Kim Tarabetz

Kim Tarabetz, Ed.D., is a senior transformation and strategy executive with extensive experience in guiding high-stakes organizational change. They held the position of Senior Staff Manager at CalPERS from 2012 to 2016, leading strategic planning and business process improvements. Subsequently, as a Managing Director at Cambria Solutions from 2016 to 2022, they specialized in Government Optimization and Organizational Change Management. Most recently, Kim serves as the Director of Consulting Services at CGI, overseeing the Nevada account and leading implementation services. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Education and a Master's in Communication Management at the University of Southern California.
