Leena-Mari Lähteenmaa

President, Finland, Poland and Baltics Operations at CGI

Leena-Mari Lähteenmaa was appointed President of CGI’s Finland, Poland and Baltics operations in October 2019, where she oversees approximately 4,500 professionals and consultants who deliver end-to-end services, including strategic business and IT consulting, systems integration, managed IT and business processes services, and IP solutions, to clients across these regions.

Prior to this appointment, Leena-Mari led operations for CGI’s Finnish business unit. CGI is the second largest IT services provider in Finland with more than 10% of the country’s IT market share.

An experienced IT services professional, Leena-Mari also led CGI’s Global Technology Operations business unit in the Nordics. In this role, she merged CGI’s GTO business units in Sweden, Finland and Norway, aligning the new business unit with CGI’s high standards for quality and satisfaction.

Before joining CGI through its merger with Logica in 2012, Leena-Mari served as Director of Logica’s Outsourcing Services business unit in Finland, where she led 1,100 professionals. She also served as Director of Logica’s Infrastructure Services business unit in Finland.

Prior to Logica, Leena-Mari was Director of Fujitsu Services’ Public Sector business unit, providing a wide range of services and IP to the company’s central and local government clients, along with its healthcare clients. She also held senior IT leadership roles with Novo Group and Novosys and served as Chief Financial Officer for Elanto Group.

With 30 years of IT services experience, in 2019, Leena-Mari was recognized as a CGI Builder for her contributions to clients and CGI’s culture.

Leena-Mari studied at the Helsinki School of Economics.
