Piero Novello

Piero Novello is an experienced professional in consulting and client services, currently serving as Director of Consulting Services at CGI since July 2024. Prior to this, Piero held multiple roles at Celero Solutions from January 2004 to July 2024, including Director of Client Experience and Sales, where responsibilities involved aligning client strategies with business goals, and ensuring satisfaction through a dedicated Client Experience Strategy. Piero's educational background includes a degree in Sales Management from Queens School of Business in 2008 and studies at Mount Royal University from 1986 to 1988.
