Pierrick CADALEN

Pierrick CADALEN has extensive experience in the field of digital innovation and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as a Vacataire at the Institut d'administration des entreprises since April 2007, Pierrick teaches courses on CRM and digital platforms. Previously, Pierrick held multiple senior roles at CGI from November 2013 to September 2018, including Vice-président of the Centre d'Innovation Digitale, where leadership was provided to a team of 110 across four locations, focusing on CRM integration and expertise. Pierrick's earlier career includes roles as Manager CRM at Logica from January 2006 to April 2012 and a background in consulting on CRM solutions. Pierrick holds a degree in Ingénieur maître from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale and a Master’s in Management des Systèmes d'Information et de Communication from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises.
