Andre Soroudi

Andre Soroudi has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andre began their career at G.H. Palmer Associates in 2013 as an Acquisitions & Development Intern before progressing to become an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and eventually an Associate in the same department. In 2019, Andre joined CGI+ | Real Estate Investment Strategies as the Director of Acquisitions, and later became the Executive Vice President, Acquisitions & Development. Their role at CGI+ involves managing a portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets with a current AUM of over $1.7 billion.

Andre Soroudi has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business. Andre also holds a degree in Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
