Benjamin Grotius

Benjamin Grotius has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Benjamin is currently serving as the Head of Group Software Engineering at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA since April 2021. Before their current role, Benjamin worked at Lucht Probst Associates GmbH (LPA), where they held various positions including Chief Software Architect (June 2020 - March 2021), Head of Software Development (September 2018 - June 2020), Team Leader/Scrum Master (August 2017 - September 2018), and Senior Software Engineer (November 2014 - August 2017). Prior to LPA, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Ceiton technologies GmbH (September 2009 - October 2014) and as a Software Developer at Siemens Com / Nokia Siemens Networks GmbH (April 2005 - August 2009). Benjamin started their career as a Diplomand at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. from June 2004 to March 2005.

Benjamin Grotius attended HTWK Leipzig from 1998 to 2004, where they pursued their studies in Diplom Informatik. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert in 2019 and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2018.
