Chantal Schwarzkopf

Chantal Schwarzkopf is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Interim Senior HR Business Partner for the AIS DACH segment at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA since October 2017. In this role, Chantal oversees HR processes and strategies for approximately 1,800 employees and acts as the primary HR contact for the Board Member. Previous roles at CompuGroup Medical include HR Business Partner for Physician Information Systems in Germany, where Chantal provided strategic HR consulting, and HR Project Manager, assisting the Global Head of HR. Chantal began her career at CompuGroup Medical as a Talent Acquisition Expert and Recruiter, focusing on IT recruitment and employer branding, after starting as a Werkstudentin. Prior to this, Chantal completed an internship in Social Media Marketing at TrendView GmbH, specializing in content management and SEO-optimized text writing. Chantal is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Management & Economics at the University of Koblenz and Landau, with studies ongoing since 2014.
