Didier Bonnes

Didier Bonnes has over three decades of experience in the medical laboratory and customer support fields. Currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer at CompuGroup Medical AG since April 2004, Didier has specialized in client support and application engineering for the SGL Molis system, following a previous role at Sysmex and Vision4health. Prior to this, Didier worked at AP-HP from December 1990 to February 2004 as a microbiology technician and IT reference for SGL Molis, and earlier at Institut Pasteur from December 1988 to April 1990, contributing to vaccine research against malaria. Education includes a BTS SIO obtained through VAE from 2016 to 2018, and a BTS in biological analysis from the Ecole nationale de chimie from 1981 to 1988, along with extensive knowledge in medical analysis laboratory operations gleaned from 13 years in microbiology at Bicêtre AP-HP.
