Marco Bergamaschi

Marco Bergamaschi serves as the Legal Manager for Italy and Senior Legal Counsel at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA since June 2021. Previously, Marco held roles including Legal & Compliance Manager at IFOM and Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer for South East Europe Region at Bureau Veritas, where responsibilities included managing legal departments and providing legal advice across several countries. Marco's extensive experience also encompasses positions at Goldman Sachs as VP Attorney, Archon Group as Senior Corporate Lawyer, Generali spa as Adjuster, Studio Legale Donzelli as Lawyer, and Codacons as Legal Consultant. Marco holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, attained between 1997 and 2003, following secondary education at Liceo Scientifico S. Allende in Milan.
