Amy Heinz has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Amy began their career as a Real Estate Agent at Koenig & Strey Real Living from November 2002 to December 2007. Amy then worked at Heinz Iron Works as a Business Operations Manager from March 2008 to March 2010, where they actively supported staff, coordinated scheduling, and managed overall shop operations.

As a freelancer from 2010 to September 2011, Amy had roles in Sales, Development, Fundraising, Marketing, and PR. In August 2011, they joined U3P Group | The RBeck Company, LLC as a Lead Project Manager & Coordinator, where they were responsible for project coordination and management of leadership development, client engagement, strategic guidance and planning, as well as various other tasks including marketing and internal communications. Amy held this position until February 2018.

Amy then moved on to work as a Project Coordinator at The RBeck Company, LLC from September 2011 to September 2012, before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in October 2014 as a Real Estate Broker Associate.

Currently, Amy is employed at cGMP Consulting Inc. as a Project Manager, a position they have held since January 2019.

Amy Heinz attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Prior to that, they attended Evanston Township High School until 1987. Amy also has additional certifications, including a White Belt Certificate in Leading Lean Six Sigma from the Lean Leadership Institute obtained in June 2016, and a Certificate of Completion in Training the Trainer from the American Management Association obtained in February 2016. Additionally, they have certifications as an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, Certificate of Achievement from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and as an MBTI Step I and Step II Practitioner Certification from CPP, Inc.
