Fernando Weisser

Fernando Weisser is a highly experienced professional in cybersecurity and IT management, currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst and Help Desk Manager at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) since April 2014. In this role, Fernando leads a help desk campaign providing first-line support via phone and web to all users within CGS Chile. Previously, Fernando worked as an IT and Facility Manager for DIDI Chuxing, managing IT and general services for the Movistar Chile call center in Valdivia, ensuring optimal operation of technical support platforms. Additionally, Fernando held the position of IT Manager at Mas Cerca for the same site from April 2014 to June 2020 and gained foundational experience as an IT Support Technician at Sonda, focusing on specific applications and hardware maintenance. Fernando holds a degree in Systems Analysis from INACAP.
