Michael Mills leads the global contact center sales and solutions team in nurturing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and successfully transitioning and implementing global and domestic contact center solutions. Since 2015, Mr. Mills has realized year-to-year growth in both revenue and profitability in the business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact center outsourcing division. This has been accomplished through the addition of more than a dozen new logo clients, 100 percent renewal rate on existing customers, and the focus on process optimization and agent productivity through utilization trending analytics and service level forecasting metrics.
Through his Channel Partner leadership, Mr. Mills helps global clients transform their businesses with technology enablement tools and processes that will lead to increased revenue growth while realizing streamlined costs and increased efficiencies within their organizations. His experience includes accelerating client expansion into new markets by enabling their partners with localized sales materials and campaigns that drive revenue, including helping a financial services company hit 110 percent of its goal within 90 days, resulting in $204 million in revenue.
Mr. Mills has spoken at industry and client events, including CFO.com and IQPC Contact Center Executive Exchange. He has written for various industry publications and has been quoted in such publications as Nearshore Americas, Call Center Times, CRM Magazine and Outsourcing Journal.
Prior to CGS, he held executive level roles with IBM Corporation and Northrop Grumman, leading sales management, technical solution design and development, and project/transition management delivery. Mr. Mills brings a unique and diverse perspective in his approach to sales strategies by integrating his project transition and management expertise into developing every deliverable client solution.
Mr. Mills is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and he received his MS degree in Technical Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also a proud military veteran, having served in the U.S. Air Force as an Imagery Interpretation Specialist for the 544th Imagery Intelligence Wing at Strategic Air Command HQ.
