Erika Sirutyte

Erika Sirutyte is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in People & Culture consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and Consultant at People & Culture since September 2020, Erika also holds the position of Chief People Officer at CGTrader, where significant contributions include leading a startup transformation and implementing key HR initiatives for a rapidly growing global workforce. Erika's prior roles include Group Chief People Officer at EUROAPOTHECA, where responsibilities encompassed the development of group-wide strategies and digitalization of HR processes across five countries. Previous experiences include serving as Head of Human Resources at Ellex Valiunas, Head of HR Services for the Baltic States at Philip Morris International, and HR Manager at Constructus. Erika holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, an MBA from HEC Paris, and recently completed studies at the University of Cambridge.
