Chad Reilly, AIA, currently serves as the Business Line Director for CHA Consulting, Inc., leading the strategic and operational direction of the Building Design group with a focus on innovative solutions and sustainable growth. Previously, Chad was the Chief Executive Officer of EverGreene Architectural Arts, Inc., where leadership encompassed the strategic direction and diverse historic preservation projects. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Managing Principal at HDR, overseeing the Boston office's strategic growth, and as Principal and Chief Operating Officer at CBT Architects, notably managing the Norton Museum of Art expansion. Early career roles included design positions at Epstein Development and Wilson, Gregory, Aeberhard, PLC. Chad holds a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin, along with degrees from the Architectural Association and Harvard University.
