Eithel M. Sierra, PE has been working as a Senior Project Manager for A&P Consulting Transportation Engineer, Corp. from April 1995 to August 2022. Currently, Eithel is the Project Team Leader & Senior Project Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Civil Engineering from Miami Dade College, Eithel has a strong educational background in the field. Additionally, Eithel attended Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in Nicaragua for Civil Engineering and completed high school at Colegio San Francisco de Asís in Juigalpa Chontales.
