Dimitar Dimitrov

Dimitar Dimitrov has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry. Dimitar has worked in generative exploration, project design, and implementation. For the last 18 years, they have focused on building and managing exploration teams.

Dimitrov started their career in 1985 as a Chief Geologist for Geoengineering, a government exploration company. Dimitar then moved to Gramex, a joint venture of Royal Gold, Phelps Dodge, Silver, and Baryte, where they worked as a Senior Exploration Geologist. In 1996, they left Gramex to start their own company, Ridge Consultants.

Ridge Consultants provided consultancy and complex exploration services. The company was successful, and in 2003 Dimitrov was hired by Euromax Resources as their VP Exploration. Dimitar stayed with Euromax until 2017, when they joined Chaarat Gold Holdings as their SVP Exploration.

Dimitar Dimitrov has a Master's degree in Exploration of Mineral Resources from the University of Mining and Geology Sofia Bulgaria. Dimitar also has a degree in Evaluation of Mineral Deposits from Imperial College London. Dimitar is certified from The Australian Institute of Geoscientists in Member of the Australian Institute Geoscientists.

Their manager is Michael Fraser, CEO. They are on a team with Patrick Henze - VP, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, David Tovmasyan - General Director, Kapan, Armenia, and Dorian L. Nicol - SVP, Exploration.
