Michael Samalin

Michael Samalin serves as Senior Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright since July 2017 and has been Counsel at Chadbourne & Parke LLP since August 2011. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Associate at Latham & Watkins from January 2006 to August 2011, focusing on high-value transactions and drafting complex financial agreements. Michael's career began as President of Multi-State Printing Company, Inc. from October 1989 to August 2003, where oversight of the technologically sophisticated firm included negotiating various business contracts. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Genetics & Development from Cornell University.
