Blair Bailey

Blair Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Design Intern at the Lynn Museum and Historical Society in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Social Media Intern at Arnold Worldwide. After that, they worked as an Account Planner at Boston University AdLab for a few months in 2014. They also gained experience as an Advertising Intern at DAZED GROUP during the summer of 2014.

In 2014, Blair started working at Chadwick Martin Bailey as an Associate Researcher, where they actively participated in projects, managed data collection and processing, and contributed to client deliverables. They were later promoted to the role of Senior Associate Business Analyst, where they continued to contribute effectively to the company's projects.

In 2017, Blair joined Cleartelligence, Inc. as a Senior Data Visualization & Analytics Consultant. They worked in this role until 2019 when they joined CMB as a Data Manager II. They successively held positions as Senior Data Manager, Data Management Director, and currently, as Senior Director, Data Management at CMB. It can be inferred that Blair's responsibilities progressively increased in complexity and seniority throughout their career.

Blair Bailey has a Master's Degree in Advertising with a focus on Marketing Research and Applied Communication Research. This degree was obtained from Boston University in 2014. Prior to that, Blair attended Salem State University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. In addition to their educational qualifications, Blair has obtained several certifications including being a Tableau Desktop Certified Professional from Tableau Software since October 2018, an Alteryx Certified Partner from Alteryx since July 2018, and a Tableau Desktop 10 Qualified Associate from Tableau Software since April 2017.
