Earlier in their career, Courtnie worked as a Strategic Research Manager at Toyota Financial Services from January 2008 to February 2014, where they provided the Voice of the Customer perspective to cross-functional teams. Courtnie also worked as a Senior Research Executive at Millward Brown from July 2004 to December 2007, managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Market Strategies from June 2002 to July 2004.
Courtnie Hallendy pursued their education at various institutions. Courtnie first attended Michigan State University from 1996 to 2000, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Later, from 2005 to 2007, Courtnie enrolled at Oakland University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business.
