Aneilia M. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Aneilia began their career as a Guest Service Manager at Club Quarters, where they were responsible for guest satisfaction and handled various roles such as Front Desk agent, porter, and concierge.

Aneilia then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Front Office Manager, where they ensured guest satisfaction at a Four Diamond, full-service hotel. Aneilia also served as an Operations Manager, overseeing a department of 56 associates and handling tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and training. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Manager, being responsible for full-cycle recruitment and HR generalist duties.

After Starwood, Aneilia joined Arlo Hotels as a People Services Manager. Aneilia was part of the opening team for Arlo SoHo and Arlo NoMad and reported directly to the Corporate Director of People Services. Aneilia contributed to providing luxury-level service in these boutique micro hotels.

Most recently, Aneilia worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Dominick, a Five-Diamond property in New York City's SoHo neighborhood. Aneilia held this position for three years and was responsible for managing HR functions at the hotel.

Currently, Aneilia is working as an Operations Assistant at Chaffin Luhana LLP.

Aneilia M. first attended Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at New York University from 2004 to 2007. Later, they returned to New York University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2023 to 2025.

Both of them also came from humble roots: Mr. Chaffin, the son of a steelworker, was raised in West Virginia and Ms. Luhana was raised in New Jersey by modest hard-working Indian parents.
