Nikhil Dalal

Nikhil Dalal has a diverse work experience starting from their current position as a Product Manager at ChAI, which they began in November 2021. Prior to this, they were an MBA Candidate at Cambridge Judge Business School from September 2020 to September 2021.

Before pursuing their MBA, Nikhil worked at SITA for several years. Nikhil held the role of Product Manager from April 2019 to August 2020, where they managed a growing product, developed a long-term roadmap, and collaborated on cross-portfolio product integration and optimizations. Prior to this, they were an Associate Product Manager from September 2016 to March 2019, where they managed another growing product and collaborated on cross-portfolio integration.

Nikhil also gained experience as a Business Analyst (Intern) at SITA from August 2014 to August 2016.

Before joining SITA, Nikhil worked as a Consultant at Tresor Systems from February 2013 to May 2013. Nikhil also worked as an Industrial Trainee at the Airports Authority of India in 2012 and 2011.

Nikhil Dalal pursued their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2009 to 2013, Nikhil attended Maharshi Dayanand University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science.

Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they enrolled in ESCP Business School and completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

Later, in 2020, Nikhil pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Cambridge. The field of study for their MBA degree is not specified.

Beyond their formal education, Nikhil obtained a certification in Growth Marketing Programme from Startup Core Strengths in November 2022.
