Benjamin Wach has a diverse background in human resources. Benjamin started their career as a Human Resources Payroll associate at SeniorCare Emergency Medical Services, where they handled payroll processing for over 1,000 employees. Benjamin then moved on to become the Human Resources Director at Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where they ensured compliance with HR regulations and maintained HR records. Currently, Benjamin is working as the Human Resources Director at Chai Lifeline, where they oversee all HR activities, collaborates with senior management on staffing needs, and implements employee performance evaluation programs.

Benjamin Wach completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Touro University from 2015 to 2018.
