Mike Gallini

Mike Gallini is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, compliance, and strategic operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at RMS USA since July 2025, Mike is responsible for developing HR strategies and managing employee relations, performance, and compliance.
