Andrew J. Fitzgerald

Andrew Fitzgerald is Vice President of BankNote Capital Corp. where he manages both public and private investments, including several privately-held commercial banks. Prior to BankNote, he served as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director for Hovde Group, a leading nationwide investment banking firm for financial institutions. Mr. Fitzgerald is currently a director of Southern Wisconsin Bancshares Corporation. He previously served as a director of Southern Colorado Corporation. Mr. Fitzgerald earned his B.A., M.B.A, and J.D. from Northwestern University.
