Flemming Andersen

Flemming Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Flemming currently serves as the Head Global Category Management & Sourcing Excellence at Chain IQ Group AG since November 2023, and prior to that, they held the role of Head Global Category Management at the same company from February 2020 to November 2023. Before joining Chain IQ Group AG, Flemming worked at CPO Partner GmbH as a Senior Procurement Executive / Owner from July 2010 to February 2020. Flemming also served as the Director Global Procurement Leader at EY from February 2015 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Flemming held positions such as the Global Head Indirect Sourcing & Procurement at Sandoz from July 2003 to July 2010, Head of Global Procurement Processes at Roche Pharmaceuticals from January 2003 to June 2003, and Manager European Sourcing & Procurement Practice at Deloitte Consulting from July 2001 to January 2003. Flemming started their professional journey at Novartis International in October 1995, where they held various roles including Corporate Procurement Manager - Strategy & Procurement Intelligence until June 2001. Prior to Novartis, they worked as a Project Manager Civil Engineering at Gruner AG from October 1991 to September 1995.

Flemming Andersen holds an Executive Dual-MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University at Albany, SUNY. Flemming also has a BSc in Business Engineering/Wirtschaftsingenieur STV from the Swiss Technical Association and a BSc in Civil Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
