Ashley Gott

Ashley Gott, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits & People Operations Lead for the Americas at Chainalysis, following roles as Senior People Generalist and People Generalist. Previously, Ashley held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at SeatGeek and L'Oréal, and gained initial experience as a Human Resources Administrative Intern at L'Oréal. Earlier in the career path, Ashley worked as a Server's Assistant Trainer at Blue Smoke and Jazz Standard, and completed a Retail Operations Internship at Alexander Wang. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York, earned between 2011 and 2015.
