Danielle E. Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Chainalysis since July 2022, Danielle also holds the position of Independent Trustee for Principal Asset Management, overseeing the Principal Private Credit Fund I and Principal Real Asset Fund. Prior to these roles, Danielle was Managing Director and Chief M&A Counsel at IHS Markit | Technology from June 2018 to June 2022 and served as Associate General Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions at Nielsen from March 2015 to June 2018. Danielle's legal career began as an Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and continued at Barnes & Thornburg LLP as a Corporate Attorney. Danielle E.
